Say Merry Christmas

Wednesday, December 21st, 2011

It seems that some Christians are starting to get a little over zealous  about the word Christmas. The Say Merry Christmas Network is proof of such zeal. They even have a song:

Saturday, September 19th, 2009

Tim Hortons Head Office

Oakville, ON L6K 2Y1

To whom it may concern:

I had a morality crises today. I asked my daughters, “Mommy wants a coffee and five Timbits. Does anyone else want any Timbits?” One said she’d have some, but the other said, “I’ll have two, but don’t get any chocolate.” I asked, “Why not?” She replied, “Because they’re not fair trade.” I said, “Neither is the coffee, so what’s the difference?” She got angry with me, and explained that I shouldn’t buy Tim Hortons coffee either. This sparked an hour of discussion that involved some research on the internet.

Boycott Pepsi

Tuesday, February 24th, 2009

The McDonald’s boycott worked, now it’s time to boycott Pepsi.

  • Pepsi has produced TV ads that not only promote Pepsi but also promote the gay lifestyle.
  • Pepsi gave a total of $1,000,000 to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) to promote the homosexual lifestyle in the workplace.
  • Both HRC and PFLAG supported efforts in California to defeat Proposition 8 which defined marriage as being between a man and a woman. HRC, which received $500,000 from Pepsi, gave $2.3 million to defeat Proposition 8.
  • Pepsi forces employees to attend sexual orientation and gender diversity training where the employees are taught to accept homosexuality.
  • Pepsi is a member of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.

McDonald’s agrees to changes

Friday, October 10th, 2008

If you joined me in boycotting McDonald’s back in April, you’ll be happy to know that it worked. McDonald’s Vice President Richard Ellis has resigned his position on the board of National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and his seat on the board will not be replaced. McDonald’s said that it will remain “neutral on same sex marriage or any ‘homosexual agenda’ as defined by the American Family Association.”

Boycott McDonald’s

Tuesday, July 29th, 2008

I’ve boycotted McDonald’s because of their refussal to remain neutral in the culture wars by giving the full weight of their corporation to promoting the homosexual agenda, including homosexual marriage. Maybe you should join the boycott
